The Matlab code to convert a list of N pairwise phase synchrony matrices {\(\mathbf{R}^{(1)},\mathbf{R}^{(2)}, ...,\mathbf{R}^{(N)}\)} (or covariance matrices) into a list of regularised precision matrices {\(\Omega^{(1)},\Omega^{(2)}, ...,\Omega^{(N)}\)} minimising the criteria (8) with ADMM is given [here]
